No reservation, payment, purchase of product or service can be made on the SiteOnly requests for reservations, quotes, purchases of products or services can be made on the Site. These requests are accompanied by validations by contracts, documents and writings outside the Site and with the company La 21ème Planche.

La 21ème Planche recalls that it does not have a room intended for the reception of the public. Its head office is not intended or used to welcome the public.

User services

Any user of the Site has the possibility of seeking assistance from La 21ème Planche. Depending on the user, dedicated support may be provided by contracts, documents or writings outside the Site. 

 

If you wish to contact La 21ème Planche concerning the management of the Site, its legal notices and the activities carried out, this action must be done only by email at the address​ contact@la21emeplanche.com.

Travelers services

If you wish to contact La 21ème Planche concerning a reservation, a reservation request, advice for your stay or for any other request relating to a trip, we invite you to contact us via the address contact@la21emeplanche.com, by phone at +33 2 31 93 21 41, via WhatsApp at +33 2 31 93 21 41 or via the booking platform messaging if applicable.

The user who has made a so-called "direct" reservation has the possibility of asserting his rights with the owner of the accommodation through his representative La 21ème Planche.

The user having made a reservation via a platform external to the Site has the possibility of asserting his rights with the reservation platform acting for La 21ème Planche representing the owner of the accommodation.

Proprietary services

If you wish to contact La 21ème Planche concerning the management of your Contract, we invite you to contact us according to the methods indicated in the General Conditions of Services and during exchanges by email.

The user signing a Contract for the Provision of Services with La 21ème Planche, as a consumer, has the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative method of dispute resolution (conciliation, for example) in case of dispute. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the amicable settlement of disputes, La 21ème Planche adheres to a consumer mediation entity, whose contact details are mentioned in the General Conditions of Services.

Claims department

Any complaint to La 21ème Planche must be made by post and to the address of the registered office of the company mentioned in the section Legal notices and applicable law. Processing times may apply.
